You're new — why should I be your first client?

Fair question. Meeting Street AI is new, but I'm not. I spent 14 years building and running a digital agency that I sold in 2025, plus years in sales management before that — so the problem-solving, the client relationships, the knowing what actually ships and what doesn't, is all well-worn ground. What's new is the focus: applying modern AI to small Lowcountry businesses. Founding clients get preferred pricing, extended follow-up, and my full attention while the roster is small.

I'm not technical. Like, at all. Is this for me?

Especially for you. Most owners I work with have never written a line of code. They run restaurants, law offices, boutiques. My job is to handle the technical side so you don't have to. If you can use a smartphone, we'll be fine.

How is this different from hiring a software vendor?

A vendor sells you their thing. I'm vendor-neutral — zero affiliate deals with any AI or software company, so when I recommend a tool, it's because it's the right one for you. Often I recommend you don't buy anything and just use what you already have.

What if AI isn't actually a good fit for my business?

I'll tell you. In the free 30-minute call, before you've paid a dollar. About one in five businesses I talk to doesn't need me — their workflow is already tight, or the spots AI would help aren't worth the effort. That's a fine answer.

Do you work with businesses outside Charleston?

Local only. I work in-person with small businesses across the Charleston tri-county area — Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties. I don't take remote clients; face-to-face is how I figure out where AI actually fits in your business.

How does data privacy work?

Every engagement starts with a signed mutual NDA. I use private AI tools — not public ones — so your data stays yours and is never fed into a public AI model. I'll walk you through which tools I recommend based on your industry's data rules — medical practices, law firms, and accounting firms all get specific attention.
